Wedding Reception Stationery

Wedding stationery is one of the easiest and most affordable ways to pull the entire look of the wedding together. Take a look at some of my favorite ways to use stationery to complete your wedding vision.

Menu Cards
This one is a no-brainer. It’s both functional and beautiful. Your guests will love knowing what to expect for dinner and it’s an awesome way to dress up the tables cape. It can incorporate elements of the invitation to really pull everything together.

Escort Cards
These little cards are a necessary evil, especially if you are offering a meal selection for your guests. The wait staff will need to know who ordered steak and who got chicken – and that’s where the escort cards comes in. A simple little icon or letter in the corner is the easiest and fastest way to communicate that to the staff. Do everything you can to make your service go smoothly!

Signs
Big signs, little signs, funny signs…you name it – I love incorporating signage in the wedding day! If you aren’t doing a meal selection you can consider doing a seating chart for your guests. Welcome signs are a great way to direct traffic for the wedding and welcome them in. Try adding some fresh floral to the signs for a little extra touch.
